We are leaders in the treatment of heart attacks and heart surgeries in Denver and all of Colorado, performing the most heart surgeries year after year in the Denver metro area. As the state’s most comprehensive heart surgery program at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, the campus where our practice is located, we have also been ranked #1 in Colorado for Cardiac Surgery by HealthGrades, the nation’s leading independent provider of hospital ratings.
Since performing the first heart surgery at Saint Joseph Hospital in 1974, our surgeons have dedicated themselves to being experts in traditional cardiac surgery techniques, and to practice at the forefront of emerging technologies such as Minimally Invasive Heart Surgery and Atrial Fibrillation ablation techniques. Upon diagnosis by our physicians, each patient is thoroughly evaluated in order to present the best option for that person’s condition. Our experience with complex cardiothoracic diagnoses and knowledge of the latest advances and techniques in heart and chest surgery have helped to establish Front Range Cardiac & Thoracic Surgery as a major referral center for cardiac patients from Colorado and across the country.
